Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases, bookings of events, courses, parties, premises rental and products via Graffitisthlm 559157-8090. By making a booking or purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment of Events, Local Courses & Parties

  • Reservation:A reservation is binding once you have received a booking confirmation by email.

  • Payment:Payment is made via the payment options offered at the time of booking (e.g. Klarna, Swish, card or invoice by appointment).

  • Change in the number of participants:The final number of participants for private events and parties must be notified to us no later than3 days before the date of the event. This number is the basis for the final debit.

2. Cancellation policy for Services and Room Rental

We understand that plans are subject to change. In case of cancellation, the following applies:

  • Graffiti courses (open courses):Cancellation or rebooking must be made no later than \ [48] hours before the start of the course in order for a refund to take place.

  • Private events, corporate events and parties:\ * Cancellation more than**\ [7] days** before the event: No fee will be charged (alternatively, full refund).

  • Cancellation \ [7] days before the event: 50% of the total amount will be charged.

  • Cancellation less than\ ** [7] days** before the event: Full charge (100%) expires.

  • Premises rent (e.g. Slaughterhouse):Special cancellation policies apply according to the specific rental agreement signed at the time of booking.

4. Responsibility, Safety and Clothing

  • Paint splash: At all our practical events and courses, we use real spray paint. We provide protective equipment (e.g. aprons, overalls), but Graffitisthlm is not responsible for paint splashes or damage to participants' own clothing, shoes or personal belongings. We always recommend non-slip clothes.

  • Rules of order:Participants are expected to follow instructors' safety instructions. When renting premises, the lessee is responsible for respecting the rules of order of the premises and agreed times (e.g. closing time at 03:00).

5. Cancelled Event from Our Site

If Graffitisthlm is forced to cancel a course or event due to unforeseen events (e.g. illness of instructor or Force Majeure), participants will be offered first a new date and, secondly, a full refund of the fee paid. Graffitisthlm does not reimburse any incidental costs (e.g. travel or lodging).

7. Personal data (GDPR)

The personal data you provide when booking or making a purchase (name, telephone number, email and address) is handled confidentially and securely in order to administer your booking, deliver your products and fulfil our legal obligations.
